Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, AAP’s State Convenor Alok Agrawal, farmer leader Dhaniram Gupta, Basori Lal Yadav and Ashok Shah Dhurvey broke their indefinite fast on sixth day of their hunger strike on Thursday.
They broke indefinite fast on the request of party workers and AAP’s central leadership but vowed to fight on roads in connection with demands.
On behalf of AAP’s Central Leadership, Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh, AAP’s national secretary Pankaj Gupta offered juice to all four protestors whose health deteriorated due to continuous fast.
Now, AAP will take out “Aam Admi Janjagran Yatra” from June 11 to July 15 in which party’s message will be sent till all 52,000 villages of State.
On this occasion, Rajya Sabha Member Sanjay Singh said it was Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal who asked him to ensure that indefinite hunger strike should be concluded.
Before this, Sanjay Singh did discussion with people and said that party needs energetic leader Alok Agrawal and in larger interest, he and three others should end the indefinite fast.
All people waived their hands in positive manner and it was after this that all four persons gave up their indefinite fast. Alok Agrawal told urged party workers to take part in Janjagran Yatra and to expose the BJP led State Government.
