The 8-day body purification and health camp with apakwahar diet in focus culminated at Aarogya Kendra at Sant Nagar.
All the participants expressed their views about apakwahar diet. Vinod Shankar from Surat, Laxmi Narayan Sharma, Kalpana from Ahmedabad, Sadhana Chawla from Bhopal and others expressed their views on natural diet.
They said one benefit of eating all-natural foods is a reduction in the consumption of artificial flavorings, colorings and preservatives. People must avoid these products if they are trying to reduce chemical allergies or sensitivities. In addition, minimally processed all-natural and organic foods are more likely to contain whole food sources of beneficial nutrients such as fiber, complex carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.
On this occasion Siddha Bhau said we should consume natural food and stay healthy and motivate others to eat natural food. He said the benefits of an organic, all-natural diet include reduced consumption of unwanted or potentially harmful substances such as hormones, pesticides, fertilizers and artificial ingredients.
He said these substances can be potentially toxic or cancer-causing. Another benefit to choosing organically farmed or raised foods is the reduced environmental impact. Siddha Bhau said choosing organic products helps prevent air and water pollution and reduces nutrient depletion of crop soil.
