Consecration programme of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya
Bhopal: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) plans to invite over 25 lakh families in Madhya Bharat Prant (Central India) for the consecration program of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya scheduled for January. According to a release, the Akshat Kalash (yellow rice) worshipped in the Shri Ram temple on November 5 has reached Madhya Bharat Prant. The distribution of these consecrated Akshat Kalash took place at Gufa Mandir, Lal Ghati, Bhopal, with the participation of saints, VHP members, key members of other Sangh Parivar organizations, and representatives from 32 districts.
VHP workers, along with members of other Hindu organizations, will visit Hindu families in cities and villages across the state between January 1 and January 15, presenting Akshat Kalash invitations.
The release emphasized the significance of the Pran Pratistha ceremony, stating that on January 22, Lord Shri Ram will return to his birthplace after 500 years, akin to a second Diwali. To facilitate broader participation, the VHP suggests that Hindus treat their local temple as Ayodhya, conduct traditional puja, worship, and rituals, chant the victory mantra “Shri Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram,” and watch the live telecast of the Ayodhya program.
VHP has divided country into 45 parts
To accommodate all Ram devotees, the VHP has divided the country into 45 parts, urging each part to visit Ayodhya on a specific day between January 27 and February 22. Madhya Bharat Prant has been allocated February 17 for darshan, with arrangements made for approximately 2500 people.
The VHP encourages every Hindu family to light at least 5 lamps on the holy night of January 22 and subsequently visit Ayodhya for darshan. The organization is confident that the Ram Mandir will foster harmony, unity, and self-respect among Hindus worldwide, emerging as a national temple leading India to ultimate glory.
