Cheated people by giving fake cheques
Bhopal, In order to control crime and criminals in the city, Police Commissioner Bhopal Shri Harinarayanachari Mishra and Additional Police Commissioner Bhopal Shri Pankaj Srivastava have been directed to take action on arresting the accused.
In continuation of the above instructions, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime Shri Akhil Patel and Addl Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime Shailendra Singh Chauhan, Assistant Commissioner of Police Crime Shri Mukhtar Qureshi, Police Station In-charge Police Branch Ashok Marawi and his team were deployed to search for the accused in the city.
Applicants Smt. Rajkumari Gupta, wife of Vinod Kumar Gupta and Nikhil Gupta, son of Vinod Kumar Gupta, both residents of 101 Classica Apartment, Sanjeev Nagar, New Jail Road, Bhopal submitted a complaint application to the Crime Branch Bhopal in which a case was filed against suspects Sumit Pal Singh, Vinay Parashar, Coral Singla. On perusal of the application, prima facie case was found to have been committed by suspects Sumit Pal Singh, Vinay Parashar, Coral Singla that in the name of supplying 1500 metric tons of asphalt, only 475 metric tons were supplied and the remaining amount of Rs. 1,42,34,062/- (one crore forty two lakh thirty four thousand sixty two rupees) by hatching a dishonesty and criminal conspiracy, committing fraud and breach of trust under Sections 420, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Hence, the crime was registered and taken into investigation. A team of Bhopal Crime Branch was formed and with the help of technical assistance, they left for Delhi, Gurgaon, Haryana on the basis of location and reached Udyog Vihar Police Station Gurgaon where on the basis of location they reached the office of the accused Silver Sickles Agro Plast where accused Sumit Pal was found who was caught with the help of staff and local police station force and asked for his full name and address who told his name as Sumit Pal Singh, son of Haripal Singh, age- 34 years, resident of BL-53 first floor L-block Harinagar New Delhi. He was taken in police custody to Udyog Vihar Gurgaon for interrogation. Where the accused was questioned about the crime and he accepted to have committed the crime. And also inquired about the other absconding accused and after getting their address and mobile number they were taken into confidence and ordered to present themselves at the police station. All the three absconding accused were arrested.
Man accuses father-in-law of capturing house
A dispute has come to the fore in the capital, where the grandfather has become the enemy of his granddaughter’s life. Vivek Tiwari son of Mahesh Tiwari has a house built in plot number 49,72 Khejra Baramad Vidisha Road. Vivek said this house is his ancestral property, this house was built by his father Shri Mahesh Tiwari, which my father has now transferred to my name, all the government permissions are in my name, such as registry chain registry property tax electricity bill and all the documents have been done by my father Mahesh Tiwari in my name, the said house has also been constructed by me.
Vivek said about 8 years ago, I was married to Kamna Tiwari, daughter of father Pradeep Pandey, we have a 4-year-old daughter whose name is Misha Tiwari. Today I want to inform the media that when my 4 year old daughter Misha Tiwari and I Vivek Tiwari went to live in our house, Pradeep Pandey and some of his goons did not let me open the lock of the house. I am the owner of this house myself, as soon as I opened the lock, they threatened to kill me and evicted me from the house. Due to the hooliganism of these people, they also pushed my daughter. My 4 year old daughter lives with me. Pradeep Pandey has about 70 to 80 cases registered against him in various places, and people here say that he is also a gangster, he is involved in extortion and all kinds of illegal activities with his associates, and they have spread terror in the entire area.
Vivek claimed earlier also, under the campaign launched by the former Chief Minister, a bulldozer action was taken against Pradeep Pandey. Even today, he is seen doing hooliganism in many areas due to his hooliganism and bullying. I have to tell the media today with great shame that my father-in-law Pradeep Pandey is unfortunately my father-in-law. And many times he threatens me over the phone to get this house registered in his name. He comes to my house every other day and locks it. Along with abusing, he also says that I will not let you live in Bhopal and in this house. My father, who is now a senior citizen, is wandering from door to door with me, said Vivek. He said his wife has gone missing and now he wants to live with his daughter in the house.
