Children shouldn’t be given mobile phones for more than 30 minutes

Dr Saurabh Dixit said that keeping the neck in the same posture for a long time can cause musculoskeletal problems. For this reason, children should not be given mobile phones for more than 30 minutes. Due to using mobile phones for a long time, the risk of children suffering from cervix pain is increasing. Nowadays, many such parents come to OPD with complaints of neck pain in their children.

Dr Dixit said that the test of cervix is ??very easy. In most cases, there is no need to do CT scan or MRI for this, cervix can be detected only by an X-ray. Dr Lalit Kumar, Head of the Department of Respiratory Diseases, BMHRC, said that it is a common belief that only the elderly suffer from musculoskeletal problems, but due to our lifestyle, younger people are also facing this problem.
