6.7-magnitude quake hits 209 km SW of George Town, Cayman Islands: USGS

Beijing, Feb 9 (UNI) An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.7 jolted 209 km SW of George Town, Cayman Islands at 2323 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 17.70 degrees north latitude and 82.46 degrees west longitude.
