Bhopal, State Bank of India paid tribute on Partition Horrors Remembrance Day by organizing an exhibition across the state of M.P and Chhattisgarh in its 12 Branches. This event aimed to honor the challenges faced during Partition and the struggle for independence. The bank put together an exhibition that showcased historical items, photos, and stories depicting the difficulties of the independence movement. The exhibition was to help visitors to connect with the past and understand the hardships of those affected by the devil of partition.
On the same lines, an exhibition was organised in the city of Bhopal at SBI Main Branch TT Nagar Bhopal, SBI (NW-1) General Manager Shri Kundan Jyoti and DGM B&O Bhopal Module Shri Lokesh Chandra, along with other dignitaries’ of the city attended the exhibition’s opening. Exhibition highlighted the importance and recognizedthe sacrifices made by those who fought for freedom. The Bank also honored freedom fighters for their dedication to the cause.
Assistant General Manager of SBI Main Branch Shri Sunil Rajvyadthanked everyone involved in organizing the event. The exhibition not only paid tribute to the past’s sacrifices but also emphasized the significance of collective remembrance and unity.
