- Shri Hanuman Lok will be built at Jamsavli Hanuman Temple in Chhindwara
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Pandhurna will become the 55th district of the state. Pandhurna, Sausar tehsil and Nandanwadi sub-tehsil will be merged in the new district. CM Chouhan said that “Shri Hanuman Lok” will be built in Jamsavli Hanuman temple on the lines of Mahakal Lok. In the first phase, the construction work of “Shri Hanuman Lok” will start in an area of about 26.50 acres at a cost of more than Rs 35 crore. Chief Minister Chouhan made this announcement after performing Bhoomi Pujan of Hanuman Lok in Chhindwara district’s famous Hanuman temple Jamsavli.
Grand entrance will be inspired by Marathwada architecture
In the first phase of “Shri Hanuman Lok” being built in Chhindwara, the image of God’s grand form will be visible from the majestic entrance inspired by Marathwada architecture. A 500 meter long Chiranjeevi path will be made from the main entrance to the first courtyard. A charming depiction of the child form of Anjani Putra Hanuman ji will be made through artifacts in the 90 thousand square feet area of the Path and the first courtyard. In an area of about 62 thousand square feet, the devotional form of the devotee – Shiromani Hanuman ji will be depicted through sculptures and artifacts. For Ramlila and other religious events, Muktakashi Manch (open air platform) will be built in 12 thousand square feet area on the banks of the reservoir, Ayurvedic hospital will be built in the premises drawing inspiration from the Sankatmochak form of the Lord who brought Sanjeevani Booti.
Through beautification and landscaping of the river bank flowing near Hanuman Lok, arrangements for seating etc. for the devotees will be made.
Sanjeevani Path will be developed in second phase
In the second phase, development of Sanjeevani Path for parikrama of Ramtekdi mountain, Ashta Siddhi centre and Sanskrit school, Yogshala discourse hall and open air theatre, construction of Ghat on Jam river, waterfront path way and sitting area, devotee residence, restaurant and Gaushala will be built.
