Medical college to be established in Guna

Bhopal: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that a medical college will be established in Guna. Along with this, Guna will also be made a Municipal Corporation. While addressing the programme in Guna today, the Chief Minister said that no obstacle will be allowed in the development of Guna. Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Shri Mahendra Singh Sisodia welcomed Chief Minister Shri Chouhan in the soil of Guna.

CM Chouhan said that ladli behnas have welcomed me in the city by tying Rakhi. I will never let there be darkness in the lives of my sisters. Even if I lose my life, my faith in my sisters and citizens will remain intact. The previous government sidelined Guna. We have worked for the holistic development of Guna. The government is being run like a family. Madhya Pradesh is a temple for me. More than nine and a half crore people of the state are like God. I am a priest of the God-like people of Madhya Pradesh.

CM Chouhan mentioned other schemes including Ladli Behna Yojana from which lakhs of families are benefiting. The Chief Minister said that the public has liked the Ladli Behna Yojana. This is not only a plan but also an honour for the sisters. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that through this scheme, justice has been given to the sisters and they have been given the right to smile. ? 15,000 crore will be spent on this scheme. The amount given to sisters will be increased to ?3000.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that a new housing scheme is being started for the beneficiaries who were not eligible under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. I myself will get the scheme forms filled in capital from 17th September. He said that the sisters will get LPG cylinder for Rs 450.
