Five guarantees announced by Cong not implemented in Karnataka : Yediyurappa

Hyderabad, Nov 22 (UNI) Former Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa on Wednesday appealed to the people of Telangana not to fall victim to the false claims and empty promises of the Congress party.

Speaking to the media here, he said that the five guarantees announced in Karnataka were not implemented.

The former Chief Minister alleged that the Siddaramaiah government had deceived the people of Karnataka on the five guarantees and is now facing financial trouble.

He cautioned against believing the Congress party, which is making tall promises with six guarantees in the Assembly election to be held on November 30.

The party Parliamentary Board member assured that if the BJP is voted to power in the Assembly election, a leader from the Backward Class would become the Chief Minister in Telangana.
