Hyderabad, Dec 3 (UNI) Congress Candidate Adinarayana Jare on Sunday won the Aswararaopeta Assembly seat in Telangana by defeating Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Candidate Mecha Nageswara Rao by a margin of 28,905 votes.
The Congress candidate, since the start of the counting at 8 AM this morning, maintained comfortable lead till the end of 14 rounds.
The Election Commission of India is yet to declare the result officially.
