Cloudy weather conditions prevail due to effect of Michaung
Bhopal: The effect of cyclonic storm ‘Michaung’ can be seen in the north-eastern part of Madhya Pradesh, due to which there will be light to moderate rain at some places in the districts of Rewa, Shahdol and Jabalpur divisions during the next 24 hours. The possibility is being expressed by IMD.
Cyclone ‘Michaung’ which has caused terrifying floods in Chennai and has recently hit Andhra Pradesh with winds at the velocity of 90 KMPH has started to affect Madhya Pradesh as the temperature has dropped in the state by approximately 5 degrees just within 24 hours in many parts. Bhopal also registered dip in mercury.
Scientists of Meteorological Center Bhopal said here today that the sky is cloudy in the entire Madhya Pradesh including the capital Bhopal, due to which the cold has increased during daytime. Scientists said that due to the effect of cyclonic storm ‘Michaung’, these clouds can be seen across the state. Due to this storm, light to moderate rain is expected at some places in the districts of Rewa, Jabalpur and Shahdol divisions during the next 24 hours.
Scientists said that the clouds will start clearing after two days and after the sky clears, there is a possibility of further increase in cold. It has been cloudy in the capital Bhopal for the last few days, due to which the effect of cold is being seen during the day, but due to clouds at night, the effect of cold is less visible.
