Madhya Pradesh Congress’s newly appointed PCC Chief Jitu Patwari has started preparing a new team in the state before the Lok Sabha elections. It is noteworthy that the State Executive has been dissolved a day before. Now the work of forming a new team has started.
According to the information, youth will be given more importance in the new state executive. However, senior leaders will be appointed to some posts including organization general secretary, treasurer, office in-charge. State officials working in Youth Congress and Indian National Students Organization will be promoted. In the new year, Patwari will propose the name for the state unit to the central organization after discussion with all the senior leaders. Some officials of the media department had also offered to resign to give opportunity to new people but Patwari did not accept anyone’s resignation and instructed all the officials to continue working but this is not the intention of the central organization. He wants change in the organization. This is the reason why state in-charge Jitendra Singh, in his first meeting on Tuesday, dissolved the state unit and also asked the district units to continue working till further orders, that is, the change will happen at the district and block level also.

Before proposing the name of the state unit to the central organization, he will meet former state Congress president Kamal Nath, former chief minister Digvijay Singh, former state Congress president Suresh Pachauri, Kantilal Bhuria, Arun Yadav and other seniors. He will discuss with the leaders. Keeping in view the Lok Sabha elections, the role of former MLAs will also be decided.
