Bhopal : Animal Husbandry and Dairying Minister Patel inspects Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union
Bhopal: Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Animal Husbandry and Dairying Shri Lakhan Patel has said that in the milk plants purity and quality of milk products should be taken care of. Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union, affiliated to MP State Co-operative Dairy Federation Limited (MPCDF), Bhopal, is manufacturing the products of Sanchi brand with purity and full quality. For this, all concerned deserve congratulations.
Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Animal Husbandry and Dairying Shri Lakhan Patel visited Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union today and conducted inspection. He inspected the process of milk processing, manufacturing method of milk products, their packing, lab testing in milk plants and got information about milk collection and marketing of milk and milk products.
Regarding the method of milk and milk products, Manager, Plant Operations Mr. Ajay Sirohi gave the information and Mrs. Pragya Jha, Manager, Quality Control explained in detail about the method of lab testing.
Minister Patel appreciated the milk products manufactured in the plants and the milk lab testing process.
On this occasion, Managing Director of MPCDF Bhopal Dr. Satish Kumar S, Chief Executive Officer of Bhopal Cooperative Milk Union Shri RPS Tiwari, Shri Pritam Singh Lodhi, Shri Govind Patel etc. were present.
