New Delhi, Apr 8 (UNI) The Congress alleged on Monday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was frightened and scared of the party’s ‘Nyay Patra’, which is the voice of the country, and was making’shameful statements’ against the main opposition because he feared losing the election.
Congress spokesperson Supriya Shrinate, while addressing a press conference at the AICC headquarters here, said after ten years of running the government, PM Modi, instead of showing his report card to the people about all the work he has done and asking for votes, is busy narrating the same script for Hindus and Muslims.
Shrinate said, “It is true that Mr. Modi is very upset. Congress’s ‘Nyay Patra’ is the voice of this country. This Nyaya Patra is based on the expectations of the people who met during ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ and ‘Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra’. The RSS survey shows that the condition of the BJP is bad.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scared after seeing this, so the PM is giving a shameful statement saying that there is the imprint of the Muslim League in the Nyay Patra of Congress”.
Calling the Congress manifesto the vision of the future, Shrinate said, “The Congress’ Nyaya Patra is today a topic of discussion everywhere. Even the media, experts, and some opponents have openly admitted that our manifesto is truly a blueprint for the future and a solution to the ten years of misrule by the Modi government. Our Nyay Patra shows what our priority is.”
She said, “The Congress manifesto has the imprint of the hopes of crores of people; it has the imprint of the youth of the country; it has the imprint of the women of the country; it has the imprint of the farmers of the country. It has the imprint of the country’s workers; it has the imprint of marginalized people; it has the imprint of unemployed youth; it has the imprint of the brave men of the country; it has the imprint of the people of Kashmir and Manipur; and it has the imprint of the people protesting in Ladakh.”
She further added that the people of the country also believe that ‘Congress always does what it says’. Today, in Himachal Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka, where there are Congress governments, many welfare schemes are being run keeping in mind every section of society, she claimed.
