Ayodhya (UP), April 15 (UNI) VIP darshan of Ram Lalla has been banned in the grand temple at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya in the wake of Ram Navami, a senior Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust office-bearer said here on Monday.
Talking to the reporters, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust Champat Rai said that the timing for darshan of Ram Lalla on April 17, on the occasion of Ram Navami has been changed. He said that there will be a ban on VIP darshan from Monday till April 18.
He said that there will be no arrangement for VIP darshan for four days for the darshan of Ramlala, and the passes issued between April 15 to 18 April, will also be considered cancelled. He said that after Mangal Aarti, Abhishek, Shringar and Darshan will continue simultaneously from 03:30 am in Brahma Muhurta.
Rai said that the Shringaar Aarti will take place at five in the morning. “The darshan of Shri Ram Lalla and all the worship rituals will continue as usual. There will be a curtain for a short period from time to time to offer prasad to God,” he said.
He said, “Devotees should remain patient while the curtain is closed and keep chanting the name of Shri Ram and worshiping the Lord. The sequence of darshan will continue as usual till 11 pm. After that there will be Bhog and Shayan Aarti. After Shayan Aarti, prasad will be available at the exit gate of the temple.”
The General Secretary said that at the time of Ram Lalla darshan, the more the devotees keep their mobile, clothes, shoes and slippers safely away, the more convenience will be there in the darshan. He said that Sugam Darshan Pass, VIP Darshan Pass, Mangala Aarti Pass, Shringaar Aarti Pass and Shayan Aarti Pass will not be issued on 16, 17, 18 and 19 April.
He said, “That means passes of any kind will not be issued. All facilities will remain cancelled on the above mentioned days. A service centre has been set up by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust at the entrance of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi in front of Birla Dharamshala below Sugriva Fort, in which public facilities are available.”
Rai said that the live telecast of the programs being conducted on the birth anniversary of Ram Lalla and Ram Navami festival in Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple will be done through LEDs at about 80 to 100 places in the Ayodhya Municipal Corporation area. “It will be shown on a screen,” he said.
He said that this work has been done by Prasar Bharati on behalf of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust for the convenience of the devotees.
The Trust has requested the devotees to enjoy all the programmes only on the day of Ram Navami, sitting at home or wherever they are, on mobile, television and through LEDs installed at various places.
