Astana/New Delhi, July 3 (UNI) External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, who is in Astana for the SCO Summit, on Wednesday met UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, the Belarus Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhenkov and the Tajik FM Sirojiddin Muhriddin on the sidelines.
In posts on X, the EAM said that during his conversation with the UN Secretary General the two discussed the global hotspot and their larger implications. The EAM also spoke about reform of the UNSC and future prospects of India-UN partnership.

In his meeting with the Belarus FM, the EAM welcomed Belarus as the newest member of the SCO, and also discussed bilateral relations.

During his meeting with the Tajik FM, the two sides took stock of the bilateral partnership and cooperation on multilateral forums.
