Bhopal: On the third day of Jin Sahasranaam Vidhan, the Vidhan concluded with Havan in the presence of Muni Shri 108 Veer Sagar Maharaj and Muni Shri 108 Vishwa Surya Sagar Maharaj. Muni Shri 108 Veer Sagar Maharaj elaborated in his discourse on how to avoid the sins of speech and 1008 mantras were offered in the Havan. Munishri told that many people keep talking from morning till night. They keep looking here and there the whole day. They keep finding faults in others and keep commenting on them unnecessarily. They also keep cursing the circumstances. They have love and hatred for others in their mind. Due to that love and hatred, they keep saying many nonsense things about others without checking them with evidence.
Such people keep making mistakes in speech throughout the day. This not only harms them but also causes much harm to others. Such people remain unhappy the whole day and also give pain to others. Neither they are able to live peacefully themselves, nor do they let others live peacefully. Such a habit is not good.
If you also behave like them, then you should also avoid such mistakes. Such sins of speech should be avoided. For this, one should try to observe silence for at least 1 or 2 hours after waking up in the morning. In that 1 or 2 hours, think about the topics like soul, God, karma phala, reincarnation etc. Plan your day’s work. Apart from this, meditate on God. Perform Puja/Yagya. Study the scriptures/Vedas and the texts of Acharyas, sages, saints. Make your mind pure and sacred. Make your speech pure. Do not have attachment or hatred towards others. By speaking less as per your capacity, speaking only as per need and context, etc., your mind will remain peaceful. You will have control over your speech. Your thoughts will become good. You will speak good language. May your path to salvation be paved.
