Bhopal: A special one-coach train was run to bring the injured cubs of the tigress to Sehore district and they were admitted to the hospital. It is noteworthy that on last Monday, July 15, at around 6 am, three cubs of a tigress were hit by a train on the Midghat railway track of Budhni in Sehore district. One cub died in this accident. Two cubs were seriously injured. As soon as the information of the incident was received, a team of wildlife doctors reached the spot. Considering the condition of both the injured cubs, treatment was not possible there. It was necessary to immediately admit both of them to the Wildlife Hospital Bhopal for treatment.
Sehore Collector Praveen Singh, seeing the seriousness of the situation, contacted the senior railway officials in Bhopal and demanded help in this regard. Senior railway officials decided to send a special one-coach train to the incident site Midghat in Budhni on Tuesday morning. A special one-coach train was sent to bring the injured cubs to Bhopal and Collector Praveen Singh also left from Bhopal in the train along with the train. Both the injured cubs were brought to Bhopal by train and admitted to the wildlife hospital of Van Vihar.
