Bhopal: Talaiya police has recovered the body of an unknown youth from Kevade Wale Bagh. There are marks of injury from a sharp weapon near the neck and stomach of the dead body, due to which there is a suspicion of murder. At present, the police have registered a case and sent the body to the mortuary for postmortem. The cause of death will be known only after receiving the postmortem report.
According to the information, at around 10:30 am on Sunday, information was received that a person’s body was lying in Kevade Wale Bagh. After the information, when the police reached the spot, a young man was found lying dead on the planks kept near the wall near Patti Bazaar. He had serious injuries on his neck and below the stomach, due to which blood was coming out. The police registered a case and sent the body to the mortuary for postmortem. There was blood coming out of the injury on the body of the deceased, but no marks of struggle or blood was found at the scene of the incident. Police suspect that the deceased might have been injured at some other place and then he might have come here or someone might have brought him here and laid him down.
On searching the deceased, no document was found with him that could help in his identification. The age of the deceased is said to be around 35 years. Rajkumar and Jayshree Mahakal are tattooed on his right hand in Hindi. The deceased was wearing a black T-shirt and sky blue half-lower. Police have sent the information about the body being found and the description to all the police stations. Along with this, efforts are being made to trace the relatives through social media.

Youth dies due to bite of poisonous insect
A youth living in Sukhi Sevaniya area died due to bite of a poisonous insect. It is suspected that he might have been bitten by a snake. According to the police, Gopal Singh (40) lived in village Barkhedi Abdullah and did private work. Recently, he was bitten by a poisonous insect, due to which his leg got swollen. As the pain increased, he was taken to Hamidia Hospital for treatment on Friday evening, where Gopal died on Saturday morning. After receiving information from the hospital, the police reached the spot, registered a case, got the post-mortem done and handed over the body to the family.

Servant arrested for stealing gold
Kotwali police has arrested a servant working at a jeweler’s shop in a theft case. 193 grams of gold worth Rs 9.66 lakh has been recovered from the accused servant. The shop owner had given the said gold to him for testing, which the servant stole. According to the information, the complainant Prashant Mangal has a gold and silver shop in Sarafa Bazar by the name of Mangal Jewelers. On September 11, he gave 193 grams of gold to his servant Lakshya Sahu and sent him to the testing lab for testing. Lakshya disappeared with the said gold.
