Third eye will keep watch on students to prevent cheating

Barkatullah University BU will take the help of a third eye from this year to prevent cheating that has been happening during examinations for the last few years.

BU has decided to install CCTV cameras in examination halls in all colleges. In view of the increasing cases of cheating for the last 3-4 years, important decisions have been taken to prevent it. Officials said that preparations have started for the upcoming examinations. Paying special attention to the system of preventing cheating in the examination, three flying squads have been prepared this time. Also, a team of professors has been formed. This team will be from the flying squad team, which will monitor the examinations separately online. CCTVs will be installed in all examination halls. Apart from this, an examination control room has been prepared in the university. Officials said that the university has instructed the flying squads to especially investigate the records related to copying cases as well as the maintenance of answer sheets and question papers at the examination centers.

Registration for DLEd in Bhoj started

Registrations have also started for the two-year DLEd course 2024-26 in MP Bhoj Open University. The eligibility for this should be to pass 12th with 50 percent marks. Experience of studying in a government or government recognized primary school and currently working as a regular teacher is mandatory. The fee for this course is Rs 19,200. The examination for admission in this will also be held on October 24. Research based studies will be given to the students. For this, research directors will be posted in every government college, who will encourage research among the students according to the subject.

Deadline for results fixed by July 15

The Higher Education Department has set the responsibility of the universities and given the deadline. Under this, the examination should be completed in 45 days and the results should be declared by July 15, while supplementary examinations will also have to be conducted in a month. Apart from this, teaching activities will have to be conducted as per the academic calendar.
