Bhopal, Two people committed suicide by hanging in Bairasia and Gunga areas of the capital’s rural area. The bodies of both were found hanging from a tree in the field. No suicide notes were found near the deceased. The police registered a case in both the cases and handed over the bodies to the family after conducting post-mortem. The real reasons of the incident will be revealed only after investigation.
Bairsia police station in-charge Arun Kumar Sharma said that Nikesh Rajput, son of Kamal Singh (25), lived in village Pipalkhedi, Tehsil Bairasia. He runs a milk dairy along with farming. Nikesh’s elder brother told the police that on Monday night he left the house without informing anyone. His mobile phone was also kept at home. When he did not return till late night, the family started searching for Nikesh. At around one o’clock in the night, he was found hanging from a mango tree in the field located at some distance from the house.
In another incident a man living in Gunga committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree. Police station in-charge Harishankar Verma said that Bhura Shah (45) lived in village Barri Bagraj police station Gunga and was a farmer. On Monday afternoon, Bhura committed suicide by hanging himself from a tree in his field. No suicide note was found with him. Initial investigation revealed that Bhura had a serious throat disease, due to which he was very upset. It is estimated that he might have taken this step due to the disease.

Woman raped on pretext of helping
Kolar police station has registered a case against the youth under various sections including rape and threatening to kill on the report of a woman. The accused took the woman to his sister’s house on the pretext of help and took her to a hotel and raped her. Due to the threat, the woman went to the police station and lodged a report after about a month and a quarter. According to the police, the 23-year-old woman is a resident of Habibganj police station area and is a housewife. Her husband is associated with the hotel business. The woman’s husband’s friend and another friend of his, Pranjal Chauhan, used to visit her house. The woman had told him that she was pregnant, despite this Pranjal did the wrong thing and left her in the hotel and went away.
