Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed that there will be various development activities in the Mukhya Mantri Jan Kalyan Parv to be celebrated in the state from 11 to 26 December 2024. The festival will be inaugurated on 11 December in Bhopal with the distribution of the amount of Ladli Behna Yojana. Also, thousands of Acharyas will recite the Gita aloud and claim the Guinness World Record. On December 12, the Bhoomi Pujan of Sondwa Micro Irrigation Project will be done in Chandrashekhar Azad Nagar (Bhabhra) of Alirajpur district. On December 13, cultural programmes and Aadhaar Exhibition on the achievements of one year will be held in Bhopal. Apart from this, a bike rally of youth from Bhopal, Sehore and Raisen will be held till Ratapani Sanctuary.
In Bhopal division, development works worth more than Rs 630 crore will be dedicated and Bhoomi Pujan will be performed. On December 14, there will be a programme for distribution of nutritional food kits (Akshayapatra) to children, and a cultural programme under Tansen Samaroh. In Gwalior, the convention centre will be dedicated and the statue of Maharaja Jiwaji Rao Scindia will be unveiled. Youth dialogue and scholarships will be distributed to students. In Gwalior division, development works worth more than Rs 242.26 crore will be dedicated and Bhoomi Pujan will be performed. On December 15, Bhoomi Pujan of Gau Shala will be done in Umaria and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s statue will be unveiled in Jabalpur. On December 16, there will be a mega Yuva Samvad (self-employment, employment-centric programme), presentation by the police band. On December 17, Parvati-Kalisindh river linking project will also be launched along with the inauguration of the forest fair. On December 18, a dialogue will be organized with saints and sages in Shahdol. In Shahdol division, Bhoomi Pujan and dedication of development works worth more than Rs 477.39 crore will be done. On December 19, a conference of National Urban Livelihood Mission groups and beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Swa-Nidhi Yojana will be held in Betul. In Narmadapuram division, dedication and Bhoomi Pujan of development works worth more than Rs 151 crore will be done.
