- CM inaugurates Jankalyan Shivir in Ujjain; performs Bhoomi Pujan for Freeganj ROB
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said we are working day and night to develop the state. The work being done for Ujjain will bring more honour to the entire state and the country. To facilitate the visit and stay of devotees from India and abroad, for Simhastha and public welfare, work is being done in the temple of Baba Mahakal, one of the most important of the twelve Jyotirlingas.
Dr. Yadav said that public programmes will be held in Jankalyan Parv from 11 to 26 December in which citizens and beneficiaries will be given benefits of government schemes and services. Under the Mukhya Mantri Jankalyan Abhiyan, various programmes will be held from Geeta Jayanti to 26 January 2025. From now on, benefits of Ayushman Card, Property Tax, Building Permission, Aadhaar Card and more than 76 government schemes and services will be provided to citizens through ‘Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’.
Dr. Yadav said that the Mukhya Mantri Jankalyan Abhiyan has started from Geeta Jayanti. Geeta paves the way for devotion, knowledge and yoga. Today Lord Ram is sitting in Ayodhya and giving darshan to the devotees of the entire world. Prime Minister Modi’s government is now realizing the vision of Ramrajya.
CM Dr. Yadav also inspected the layout of the proposed new railway overbridge and performed the bhoomi-pujan of the new railway overbridge at Freeganj. He also gave necessary instructions to the officers to complete the work quickly. This bridge will connect Freeganj to the Chamunda intersection. Freeganj Railway Over Bridge is being built for the population of Ujjain and Simhastha-2028 at a total cost of Rs 91.76 crore.
