New Delhi, Dec 15 (UNI) The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Sunday released its fourth list of 38 candidates for the Delhi Assembly election in 2025.
The party has fielded its National Convener and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal from the New Delhi constituency.
Delhi Chief Minister Atishi has been nominated from Kalkaji, while senior party leaders Gopal Rai, Amanatullah Khan, and Saurabh Bhardwaj will contest from Babarpur, Okhla, and Greater Kailash, respectively.
Other prominent candidates include Kuldeep Kumar from Kondli, Durgesh Pathak from Rajinder Nagar, Somnath Bharti from Malviya Nagar, Jarnail Singh from Tilak Nagar, Ramesh Pehalwan from Kasturba Nagar, and Sahi Ram from Tughlakabad.
Earlier, on Friday, the party released its third list of 11 candidates, finalized during a Political Affairs Committee meeting chaired by Arvind Kejriwal.
The five-year term of the current Delhi Assembly will conclude in 2025, with election for all 70 seats expected to take place in February. The seventh Assembly was formed on February 24, 2020, when the AAP secured a landslide victory.
