Vidisha: Secondary Education Board President Smt. Smita Bhardwaj has given necessary guidelines regarding the preparations for the board exams through video conferencing on Thursday. Information was sent through presentation on various points regarding what necessary preparations are to be done for the board exams in the districts of the state.
In the said video conferencing, it has been informed that for the board exam in the coming month, the collector has formed 2 to 4 inspection teams in each development block, daily report of board exams is to be uploaded online, along with all the arrangements, students have to be given entry in the examination centers till the scheduled time of 8.30 pm.
Apart from this, mobile phones will be completely banned at the examination centers. Instructions have been given to ensure special arrangements to prevent cheating during the board exams. Monitoring of board exam work will be done through the departmental portal of the Board of Secondary Education. Police force will also be deployed at each examination center. During the video conferencing, Collector Roshan Kumar Singh, District Panchayat CEO OP Sanodia and officials of the education department were present in the NIC VC room of Vidisha.
