Srinagar, Feb 13 (UNI) Police have seized a residential property under the Unlawful Activities Prevention (UAP) Act in Jammu Kashmir’s Kulgam district, officials said.
Police on Thursday said that the residential house of Safdar Ali Dar in Modergam village has been seized for giving shelter to militants. The house was completely damaged in the encounter.
A case FIR NO. 100/2024 of Police Station Kulgam was registered in this regard.
Police have installed a signboard that stating that “this is to inform the general public that fully damaged residential house constructed over land under survey number 214 khasra number 360 registered in the name of Safdar Ali Dar of Modergam Kulgam has been frozen or seized under 25 UAP Act 1967.”
