Bhopal: The bail plea of ??former RTO constable Saurabh Sharma was heard in ED court on Wednesday. Saurabh’s lawyer argued in the court for granting bail that his client has no criminal background. Nothing was seized from him. His car was full of gold and cash.
However, the government lawyer opposed the bail, criticizing the advocate’s arguments. At the same time, the court had reserved the decision. On Thursday, the court, while giving the verdict, cancelled the bail.
Former RTO constable Saurabh Sharma and his associates Sharad Jaiswal and Chetan Singh Gaur were produced in the court by ED on Monday. All three were produced at 1:22 pm. At 1.57 pm, all three were sent to jail. After returning from ED custody, all three were kept in three separate special barracks built in the building center located in B block. This is where they were kept earlier, the work of making pots is done around this barrack.
Common prisoners are not allowed to go to this barrack. All three have been kept under special surveillance. In the barrack of all three, there are only those prisoners who work to provide intelligence information to the jail administration. These prisoners are monitoring every activity of all three.
All three have been kept in the jail in such a way that they cannot talk to each other. All three are allowed to go out of the barrack for just 45 minutes in the afternoon. During this time, two guards and trusted prisoners of the jail are there to monitor them.
No aggressive prisoner has been kept in the barrack of these three. Their security is being taken care of inside the jail as well. However, all three avoid talking to other prisoners in the jail. They spend most of their time lying and sitting in the barrack.
