Manila, Mar 14 (UNI) Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte will make his first appearance at the International Criminal Court (ICC) on March 14, the court said.
The court said Thursday Duterte has been placed in an ICC detention center following the completion of necessary medical examinations.
On Wednesday, Duterte was taken into the ICC’s custody in The Hague. A day before, on Tuesday, the Philippine presidential office issued an arrest warrant for the ex-president on charges of crimes against humanity.
