After PM, Amit Shah makes congratulatory call to Team India

New Delhi, June 30 (UNI) Union Home Minister Amit Shah enchanted the cricketing world on Sunday when he reached out to India head coach Rahul Dravid and captain Rohit Sharma, immediately following a magical congratulatory call from Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the entire Team India onafter winning T20 World Cup 2024.

Shah, renowned for his cryptic powers in politics, commended the ‘Men in Blue’ for their enchanting triumph over South Africa in the final of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup. This victory marked India’s breaking of a 17-year spell without the T20 World Cup title, coinciding with the farewell of Rohit and Virat Kohli from the international T20 format.

Dravid, bidding adieu to his coaching sorcery after this tournament, previously experienced the anguish of the team’s defeat to Australia in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup final on November 19, 2023.

Shah further cast his congratulations upon Team India through a conjured social media post after their spellbinding victory at the Kensington Oval in Barbados late on Saturday.
