Baku, Feb 9 (UNI) Azerbaijan’s Ilham Aliyev has won the early presidential election, gaining 92.12% of the vote, the Central Election Commission (CEC) said on Friday after processing 100% of ballots.
“As of now, the CEC has completed the counting of votes after counting 100% of the votes … Ilham Aliyev gains 92.12%,” the CEC said in a statement.
