Just as public and private sector banks get KYC done from their customers, in the same way, now the Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company is also going to do KYC to provide convenience to its consumers and to give them the benefits of the state government schemes. This will not cause any difficulty in getting the benefits of the state government scheme. The electricity distribution company is starting KYC to update the electricity related personal details of the electricity consumers of 16 districts of Bhopal, Narmadapuram, Gwalior and Chambal divisions of the company’s area of ??work in the company’s records.
To complete the Know Your Consumer (KYC) process by Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company, the authorized meter reader of the company will visit the consumer’s house armed with the company photo ID and complete the KYC process using the Nishtha App in the POS machine. The meter reader will ask for the Samagra ID from the consumer and verify it through OTP sent to the mobile number registered in the Samagra database.
