Mumbai, Nov 13 (UNI) Prime Video announce the second season of its much-awaited original series Bandish Bandits, premiering on December 13.
The new season of the popular musical drama Bandish Bandits beautifully blends the ragas, talas and bandishes of Indian classical music with the bold and peppy beats of modern rock and pop. In the series lead characters Radhey and Tamanna are now pitted against each other in their quest for acceptance and glory. The story delves deep into family legacy, highlighting themes such as individual identity, empowerment, and the balance between the old and the new as each character discovers and embraces their true selves.
Produced by Amritpal Singh Bindra and directed by Anand Tiwari, the Leo Media Collective Pvt. Ltd. production will see the return of versatile actors such as Ritwik Bhowmik, Shreya Chaudhary, Sheeba Chaddha, Atul Kulkarni, Rajesh Tailang and Kunaal Roy Kapur, along with new actors Divya Dutta, Rohan Gurbaxani, Yashaswini Dayama, Aliya Qureshi and Saurabh Nayyar in pivotal roles.
The second season of Bandish Bandits will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India and in more than 240 countries and territories.
