BCB forms independent inquiry committee to support its Anti-Corruption Unit

Dhaka, Feb 4 (UNI) Bangladesh Cricket Board has formed an independent inquiry body, which will support the board and the BCB Anti-Corruption Unit with integrity issues and investigations, the country’s cricket governing body said in a press release Monday.

The three-member committee will be headed by former justice of the appellate division Justice Mirza Hussain Haider, according to The Dhaka Tribune report.

Its other members are former cricketer Shakil Kasem and international lawyer Dr Khaled H Chowdhury, the release added.
