Hyderabad, Dec 3 (UNI) Telangana Finance Minister and BRS candidate, Thanneeru Harish Rao, won the Siddipet Assembly seat on Sunday in Telangana by defeating Congress candidate Pujala Hari Krishna by a margin of 82,308 votes.
The BRS candidate, since the start of the counting at 0800 hours in the morning, maintained a comfortable lead over his rival till the end of 20 rounds.
The Election Commission has declared BRS candidate Thanneeru Harish Rao elected from Siddipet Assembly constituency.
