Bhopal: Urban Development and Housing Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiya welcomed the budget presented for the year 2025-26 in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly. He said that the state government is committed to the planned development of the cities of the state.
Minister Vijayvargiya said that Simhastha-2028 will be organized with full grandeur. A provision of Rs 2 thousand crore has been made in the budget of the department for the preparation of Simhastha. Increasing the amount of the departmental budget, a provision of Rs 18 thousand 715 crore has been made in the budget for the year 2025-26. Services related to basic facilities will be made available to the citizens of the urban area with priority and quality.
Other members of the state cabinet have also welcomed the budget.
