Bhopal: Kolar police have registered an FIR for fraud against two people including a builder. In this, the heritage builder grabbed the land by preparing fake documents of the land plot of the retired DSP’s elderly wife. On this, the police has registered an FIR against builder Dharmendra Saxena and Etania Singh under various sections including fraud.
According to the police, Nisha Sharma, resident of Mandakini Colony, Kolar, is a retired government teacher, her husband Late SM Dubey was retired as DSP in the police, he died in 2016. She lives with her daughter and her children. Her husband had bought land in the village Gehukheda.
On that land Tania Singh, Dharmendra Saxena along with their associates prepared fake documents of the land and sold it by making a duplex. After investigating this, the police have registered an FIR against Tania Singh and Dharmendra Saxena under sections of fraud. Further investigation is still going on and the role of the bank manager who gave the loan on this land, Jaiprakash Singh, Khula Hashmi, Deepak Negi, Mamta Negi and Vijay Arya is being investigated.
