Bhopal: On Tuesday, the district administration of Bhopal held a “Jan Sunwai” (public hearing) to address citizens’ grievances. Following the directives of Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh, Additional District Magistrates Ankur Meshram and P.C. Shakya listened to citizens’ concerns, with many issues being resolved on the spot. A total of 128 applications were received during the session.
A commitment to swift resolution
ADMs Meshram and Shakya patiently engaged with each applicant, discussing their problems and assuring them of a quick resolution. They instructed the officials present to handle the applications with sensitivity and to take immediate action. The officials were tasked with forwarding the applications to their respective departments to ensure that every complaint receives prompt attention and a satisfactory outcome. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between the public and the administration, making the government more accessible and responsive to the needs of its citizens.
