Durg, Dec 3 (UNI) Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel (Congress) has been declared elected from this district’s Patan Assembly constituency defeating his nearest rival Vijay Baghel (BJP) by a margin of approximately 20,000 votes.
Though Patan is the Chief Minister’s ‘citadel’, he was trailing in the initial rounds of counting.
