Beijing, Sep 13 (UNI) Countries in the world should not interfere in the domestic policy of other countries or infringe upon their interests, Chinese Defence Minister Dong Jun said at the opening of the 11th Xiangshan Security Forum in Beijing.
“All [countries] have their own legitimate sovereignty and security interests,” Dong said.
He said the countries’ basic rights must be fully respected.
“[We should] not interfere in the domestic policy of other countries, not infringe upon the interests of other countries, and establish criteria and prerequisites for friendly relations between countries,” Dong said.
