Bhopal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav watched various presentations in the Manthan Shivir held at Kushabhau Thakre Convention Centre today. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also gave necessary instructions after watching the presentations given by senior officials.
• Regarding farmer welfare under Manthan 2024, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, after the presentation of the Agriculture Secretary, said that suggestions should also be obtained by discussing with farmer organizations. How facilities can be enhanced for fisheries and animal husbandry.
• Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that by organising fairs at the division level for farmers, information about many agricultural techniques and beneficial crops should be given.
• Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that best practices should be adopted. Study the best works of agriculture sector in other states and implement them in the state.
• Farmers engaged in ideal, best and innovation based agricultural work should also be honored.
• Under Manthan 2024, after the presentation of Principal Secretary Shri Sanjay Shukla, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that efforts should be made to get maximum cooperation from the Government of India in terms of infrastructure development in big cities and metros in Madhya Pradesh.
• After the presentation of Additional Chief Secretary Shri Manu Srivastava on renewable energy, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directed to conduct a campaign to achieve the target of providing solar energy pumps to one lakh farmers. Implement the scheme on the ground.
• After the presentation of Principal Secretary Industry, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the next divisional level conclave will be held in Shahdol on January 16. Follow-up of decisions and proposals related to investment in the earlier conclave is being done.
• Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has agreed to come to Madhya Pradesh in the Global Investors Summit. This summit will be more successful than expected.
• Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has emphasised on using the power of collectivity in the work style, with sensitivity, and implementation. Good governance should be a priority, law and order situation should be strong. Prime Minister Shri Modi has also emphasized on strengthening the infrastructure.
• Chief Secretary explained the importance of the process of reform, perform, transform and inform by Prime Minister Shri Modi and emphasised the need for quick response and decision.
• Chief Secretary also told the need for priority of circular economy and waste management and pollution control.
