Purnea, June 19 (UNI) In a major step to control crimes, Bihar government has issued order to police to shoot down criminals carrying firearms in any part of the state.
Bihar Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Dilip Jaiswal while addressing a public meeting in favour of NDA candidate for by-election in Rupauli assembly constituency, said that no criminal or any other person would be allowed to carry unauthorised firearms.
Those spotted carrying unauthorised firearms anywhere in Bihar, would be shot dead by the police, he added.
