Bhopal: Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla has expressed deep displeasure over the delay in the recruitment process in different cadres in the Public Health and Medical Education Department, especially due to not filling the vacant posts for Sanjeevani Clinic soon, questions are being raised on the justification of these clinics, hence he has given instructions to make appointments as soon as possible.
Shukla reviewed the important works and inter-departmental coordination issues of the Health Department in the ministry. During this, Additional Chief Secretary General Administration Department Sanjay Dubey, Principal Secretary Finance Manish Rastogi, Principal Secretary Health Sandeep Yadav and Commissioner Health Tarun Rathi were present.
During this, the Deputy Chief Minister said that every possible effort should be made to expand and improve health services in the state. The state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav is committed to providing excellent health services to the state. He said that inter-departmental coordination is necessary for strengthening health services. So that health services can be expanded at a fast pace.
Make appointments on vacant posts
Deputy Chief Minister Shukla directed to make appointments on vacant posts in Sanjeevani Clinic as soon as possible. He said that the process should be completed at a fast pace to strengthen primary medical services. Reviewed the updated status of the process of filling medical and paramedical posts for district hospitals in the newly formed districts. Shukla directed that all necessary proposals should be sent to Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission soon, so that the vacant posts can be filled soon and medical facilities can be expanded. Gave instructions to take necessary action on the subject of pay-protection in government medical colleges. In the meeting, various issues were discussed in detail to strengthen health services and to fill the vacant posts as per IPHS standards.
