Emirates aviation facing delays in delivery of new airbus A350 aircraft – Reports

Moscow, June 30 (UNI) UAE flag carrier Emirates has faced delays in the delivery of new Airbus A350 aircraft, Emirati newspaper The National reported.

The first flight of the company’s new aircraft was rescheduled from mid-September to November, the report said on Saturday.

“Once we begin receiving our A350s, we will expedite their entry into service as quickly as possible and will work hard to minimise the impact of the delays,” an Emirates representative was quoted as saying by the newspaper.

Emirates planned to receive the first ten of 65 Airbus A350 aircraft by March 31, 2025. Currently, Emirates’ passenger fleet consists entirely of wide-body Airbus A380s and Boeing 777s.
