Bhopal: In the suicide case of Dr. Richa Pandey in Bhopal, the police have registered an FIR against her husband Dr. Abhijeet Pandey. The police have found Dr. Richa’s WhatsApp chat. It has been revealed that Dr. Richa committed suicide after being fed up with the long-running domestic discord and her husband’s infidelity.
Police investigation revealed that Dr. Abhijeet was in a relationship with another woman. Richa had a whiff of this. She also tried to convince her husband several times. Richa was under stress due to her husband’s actions. In the Whatsapp chat, her husband had told Richa several times to die.
The body of Dr. Richa Pandey (25) was found in her house in Shahpura, Bhopal on Friday morning. Injection marks were found on her hand. Suspected poison was found in the body. Her husband took her to the hospital. Here the doctors declared her dead. Dr. Richa Pandey was married to Dr. Abhijeet Pandey, a resident of Satna, four months ago. Abhijeet is a dentist.
Dr. Richa had a love marriage, but she was heartbroken by her husband’s affair. The investigation also revealed that Abhijeet used to spend a lot of money on his girlfriend. When Richa came to know about this, she protested. Due to this, there were frequent fights between the two.
The police registered a case against Abhijeet for abetment to suicide and took him into custody. The accused’s mobile data and the CCTV footage of the clinic are also being investigated.
