Bhopal: A fire broke out in a restaurant in Bhopal’s 11 number market on Thursday afternoon. For the second consecutive day, incidents of gas cylinder leakage and fire occurred in Bhopal. On Wednesday, 11 members of a family were burnt in Sant Asaram Phase-1 located in Bagh Sevaniya, while on Thursday, a gas cylinder also caught fire in a restaurant located in 11 number market.
The first incident took place on Wednesday in Asaram Phase-1. This incident happened during the Shivratri puja here. The cylinder kept in the kitchen started leaking, which spread in the house. Due to this, a fire broke out. Due to which the owner of the house Naval Kishore Shukla age 55 years and 10 other family members sustained burn injuries. The fire started due to this cylinder. The injured were admitted to the hospital.
No casualties in the second incident in restaurant that took place at 12 noon on Thursday at Mada Cafe and Restaurant located in 11 number market. Here a gas cylinder got leaked and flames started rising. Then people from the shops ran and controlled the fire. The fire brigade also reached the spot.
