Bhopal: Former BJP MLA from Chachoda in Guna district Mamta Meena joined Aam Aadmi Party. On Thursday, AAP national convenor and CM Arvind Kejriwal gave him the membership of the party in Delhi. Mamta Meena had resigned from BJP membership two days ago.
Former MLA Mamta Meena was angry at not getting the ticket. BJP has made Priyanka Meena its candidate from Chachoda. Mamta Meena rebelled as soon as his name came up. On Tuesday, he reached BJP state office in Bhopal and submitted his resignation to State General Secretary Bhagwandas Sabnani. Since then it was believed that Mamta Meena would join the Aam Aadmi Party.
