Bhopal: Governor Mangubhai Patel has said that the sensitivity of the officer is the basis for the success of administration. Sensitive officers are true servants of the society and the nation. They can give a lot to the society and the nation through their work. That is why officers should always keep the sense of sensitivity paramount in their work and conduct. Governor Shri Patel was addressing the probationary officers of the Indian Police Service. Director Madhya Pradesh Police Academy, Smt. Sonali Mishra was present in the programme organised at Raj Bhavan.
Governor Shri Patel told the officers that their parents and teachers have played a significant role in helping them attain this position. Every person in the society also has a direct and indirect contribution. Always keep a feeling of gratitude towards all of them in life.
Governor Shri Patel said that all of you young officers are representatives of the Amrut generation determined to build a developed India. For a developed India, take initiative to create such a work culture in which the public is not afraid of law enforcers, but respects the law. Governor Shri Patel said that the common man considers IPS officers as protectors of law and order and officers who help in getting justice. Living up to their trust will be the criterion for the success of your work. Utilize your powers to empower the weak persons of the society standing in the last line.
