These cutting-edge technologies aim to make high-quality education personalised, accessible, affordable, and scalable for learners worldwide.
The AI Mentor acts as a personal learning coach, providing continuous support throughout the learner’s journey. It offers 24/7 doubt resolution, step-by-step guidance on projects, and real-time coding support by delivering intelligent hints without directly revealing answers. Additionally, it prepares learners for job interviews through AI-driven mock interviews, simulating real-world scenarios to boost confidence and readiness.
Since its initial rollout across select learner cohorts, AI Mentor has significantly impacted digital learning, generating over 400,000 coding hints, resolving 130,000 learner queries, and conducting more than 300 mock interviews.
The AI Teacher, another breakthrough innovation, delivers a highly personalised and interactive learning experience. It customises lessons based on learner context, assesses understanding, identifies knowledge gaps, and provides constructive feedback—replicating the guidance of a human teacher. This initiative complements Great Learning’s ‘Mentored Learning’ model, which integrates industry expertise and faculty mentorship.
Further, the company has consolidated all its AI-powered learning initiatives under the umbrella brand ‘Glaide’—a fusion of ‘GL’ (Great Learning), ‘AI’, and ‘aide’—reflecting its mission to support learners effectively.
