Bhopal: A health camp was organized on August 29 at Health Center No. 5 located at Ginnaur of Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Center (BMHRC). Dr. Manisha Srivastava, Director-in-Charge of BMHRC was present as the chief guest in the camp. Dr. Saransh Jain, visiting consultant in the Gastro Medicine Department of BMHRC, told the gas victims and their dependent patients about the diseases caused by obesity and its side effects.
The institute’s dietician Alka Dubey told about the importance of diet in getting rid of obesity. She also told what kind of diet can be taken to prevent obesity. 92 patients were registered in the camp, whose BMI was checked.
